Delete your jeojeo account

Delete in the app

1. Open jeojeo and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Can't access the app?

Email support@jeojeo.app from the email address on your account with the subject “jeojeo account deletion.” We will verify your identity before processing the request.

What deletion removes

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, jeos, jeojeos, saves, Lookbacks, listening history, feedback, notification tokens, and connected music-service tokens. Backups and processor records may remain for a limited period until they rotate out. Information that must be retained by law is restricted to that purpose.
